Closing the loop: giving a voice to those who have lived through the experience
As part of our series of interviews with alumni participants of the programme TalkTo, we met Baptist and Eric, two professionals who completed the training last spring, between April and June.
The interview looks back on their journey, the turning points they experienced and the concrete impact of the programme on the way they communicate.
For future participants, their testimonials offer a sincere glimpse into what it's like to be part of TalkTo: the trust which is gradually returning, the word which is released, and the collective who becomes a real support in the personal and professional transformation.
Discover TalkTo: from curiosity to certainty
Neither Baptiste nor Éric knew the TalkTo programme, Both signed up without any particular expectations, simply curious to discover a different approach to professional development.
Baptiste explains that he was going through a period of self-doubt: he had a clear goal, but he felt that he was missing something important, without being able to fully identify what it was. Éric, on the other hand, was won over by the promise of innovative support, combining human coaching and digital tools.
Very quickly, the experience exceeds their expectations. The warm welcome, the quality of the coaching and the group dynamic create an atmosphere of trust that is conducive to progress.
«I didn't have any specific expectations, just curiosity to see what it would be like, and in the end, it was a wonderful discovery. It's a training programme that has given me the desire to move forward again.»

Éric believes it is valuable to take a moment to refocus before starting the TalkTo programme, just enough to approach it with an open and receptive mind.
He also emphasises how support from the very early stages of a career transition enables people to reap the full benefits: regaining confidence, clarifying priorities and move forward more confidently with construction of his project.
Triggers: a gradual, internal transformation
Both participants describe different but complementary turning points.
For Baptiste, the transformation was gradual. Each week, through exercises, discussions and feedback from the group, he felt his confidence returning.
«Thanks to the trainer and the group, I regained the confidence I had lost,» he explains.
Éric, for his part, mentions a real turning point from the very first sessions. An exercise focusing on communication profiles him has provided a better understanding of how it and others operate.
«It was a revelation. I began to really enjoy learning, filming myself and expressing myself in front of the camera.»
Since then, this realisation has continued to inform his professional practice. He says he applies what he discovered in the TalkTo programme : more conscious communication, more attentive listening and a genuine pleasure in supporting others in their development.
Regaining confidence and reclaiming your communication skills
Both mention a lasting impact on the way they communicate.
Baptiste explains that the biggest change is his newfound confidence in speaking. Learning to project his voice, structure his speech and express his ideas clearly has given him renewed confidence in his professional interactions.
«These are skills that are underestimated, but they change everything.»
Éric points out that the TalkTo programme has enabled him to get to know himself better and become more consistent.
«I learned to structure my ideas, to give meaning to what I say, and to do so more naturally,» he says.
The impact was quickly felt. Thanks to the programme, Eric found a more accurate and authentic way to present himself.
The final video, carried out at the end of the course, made a particular impression on those involved. This exercise, a short filmed presentation of oneself, allows participants to highlight your strengths and career path from an original professional perspective, while attracting attention and leaving a lasting impression.
«They told me: such a clear and natural presentation really stands out.»
The importance of the trio: support, community and technology
The two former participants agree on one essential point: the balance between the three pillars of blended learning programme TalkTo.
First and foremost, support is at the heart of the experience. Baptiste speaks of a level of support that is rare in quality.
«The trainers were both demanding and kind. I would have gladly extended the training by a week or two.»
Éric shares this sentiment: «The support is the real strength of the programme. You can tell that the coaches truly believe in what they are teaching, and that makes you want to believe in it too.»

Group dynamics are another powerful lever. Baptiste describes a unique atmosphere of listening and mutual support.
«I have never known such a supportive group, where criticism was always constructive. It allowed me to step outside my comfort zone.»
For Éric, this rapid cohesion was decisive:
«Without this kindness, the experience would not be the same.»
Over the course of the sessions, this collective intelligence developed naturally: everyone learned from each other, drew inspiration from their experiences and progressed thanks to the richness of the exchanges. It is this group energy that makes the TalkTo programme an experience that is as stimulating as it is humane.
Finally, the mobile application extends the learning experienced in person.
It allows you to practise between sessions and track your progress at your own pace, while maintaining a connection with the group dynamic.
Éric confides, «I still use it today to review certain exercises.»
Baptiste adds: «It's a young tool, but one with real potential.»
Their feedback clearly illustrates the spirit of TALK : a constantly evolving hybrid system, where technology enhances the human impact of training.
From January, this model will be further enhanced with the introduction of the one-to-one coaching, to offer more personalised support to future graduates.
Conclusion: finding your voice, finding your place
With these testimonials, we've come full circle. After hearing from the designers and coaches, it's the participants who confirm the power of the TalkTo model. A model based on three inseparable ingredients: technology serving people, the strength of collective, and the demanding but benevolent stance of the coaches.
TalkTo is not just a communication programme, it is an experience of personal transformation, a lively learning environment where everyone learns to listen, assert themselves and find their voice.
And if there were one sentence to sum up this series, it would be this:
